Dargui Tours knows that we are only successful because of our team. Between our two offices in Lima and our three offices in Huancayo, we rely on our nearly 25 staff members to offer expert advice to our clients, support during their trips, and to be experts in be the 'go-to' experts for specific destinations. Oscar Guido Quintana, Owner & Director of Travel

Before co-founding Dargui Tours in 1988, Oscar was passionate about Peruvian travel and sharing his country with both those from Peru and for those experiencing Peru for the first time. For over 30 years, Oscar has been building relationships with our tour partners, hotel partners, and has been finding new and exciting destinations fit for our clientele. He has spent considerable time in Huancayo and the Junin region, since the early 90s, in the burgeoning tourism industry where we act as a tour operator in Huancayo. He is also the current acting Governor of Lions Club International in Peru and spends his time volunteering, enjoying time with family, and finding culinary treats around Lima.

Vilma Fernandez Castro, Owner & Director of Operations

More than any other person, Dargui Tours co-owner Vilma Fernandez is the engine that makes the business run. Since 1988, Vilma has been travelling throughout Peru and finding a way to personalize travel for clients of Dargui. She has nearly 40 years in the travel business and nearly 30 years at the helm with husband Oscar at Dargui Tours. Originally from Juaja, Peru near Huancayo, the Junin region in the Highlands continues to hold a special place in her heart where Dargui operates as a tour operator. Vilma loves dancing, being with her family, and staying involved in the Lima Lions Club and various other Lima volunteer organizations.

Brian Bultema, Travel Adviser & Sales Manager

After visiting Peru in 2015 with his fiancee Sandra, Brian knew he had to go back and made the plunge in 2017 to work with Dargui Tours. With a history of event sales, group management, and hospitality in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Brian is passionate about the power of place and sharing this with clients.  He is also a Purdue University graduate with a degree in journalism. Brian loves the outdoors, cycling, hiking, and trying the wide variety of Peruvian flavors particularly in Lima.

Born and raised in Lima, Sandra has spent her career in hospitality, group management, and most recently human resources in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. While she grew her career in the States, she always desired to move back to Peru and recently came back to her home. Sandra loves sharing the passion of her home country with those looking to travel here. She loves to run, travel to new areas of Peru, hang out with family, and enjoys tasting the endless food options in Peru.

With over 20 years in the industry, Noya{'s knowledge and organization in executing bookings and maintaining our relationships day-to-day with hotel partners and tour partners helps Dargui provide a seamless customer experience. Noya is grateful for her life in Peru and says there is nothing better than a satisfied client who has gotten to know her country.
