Day 1 - Lima
International flight arrival to Lima. Private airport transfer to your hotel with hotel lobby welcome greeting, Peru orientation, and welcome gift from Dargui Tours' travel adviser (Welcome may be following morning depending on time of arrival). Overnight stay.
Day 2 - Get to Know Lima (optional day)
After included hotel breakfast, morning or afternoon half-day private tour (4 to 5 hours).. Private tour is an optional Lima City Tour or Peruvian Cuisine Gastronomic Tour.
Lima City Tour will showcase the mixture of Spanish colonial sites near Downtown Lima along with the modern design of Miraflores and San Isidro. The Gastronomic Tour will introduce you to the staples of Peruvian Cuisine throughout several districts of the city. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 - Arrival to Arequipa
Early morning reception and transfer to Airport and transfer to your Hotel in Arequipa. Free morning. Because of the high altitude it is advisable that you take a short rest to acclimatize and enjoy your surroundings in the "White City."
Afternoon reception for private Arequipa City Tour. Tour includes the visit to the Arequipa Cathedral, the Compañia Church, and the historic convent of Santa Catalina. You will then visit the Yanahuara Mirador, a scenic lookout that offers spectacular vistas of the city including the volcanoes of Misti, Chachani and Picchu Picchu. Dinner on own and return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 - Arrival to the Colca Canyon
After included hotel breakfast, reception and private journey to the Colca Valley. Route passes near mountain vistas and habitats of llamas and vicunas up and over a mountain pass just under 5,000 meters before descending to the fertile, picturesque Colca Valley and the town of Chivay.
Transfer to your hotel and included late lunch. Free evening at your hotel near the Colca River and hot springs. Dinner on own and overnight stay at your hotel in the Colca unforgettable Valley,
Day 5 - Visit the Colca Canyon & Condor Viewing
Included breakfast at your hotel then private reception for a visit into the mouth of the Colca Canyon and the Cross of the Condor for best possible viewing of the condor population.. Pass through scenic Andean villages of Tapay, Pinchollo, Maca, and Yanque. Panoramic view of the active Sabancaya volcano. After either a late lunch in Chivay or back at your hotel, you'll have a free afternoon and evening to soak in the services at your hotel, the vistas, and enjoy optional spa services. Dinner on own and overnight in hotel.
Day 6 - Return to Arequipa & Boarding Peru Rail Andean Explorer Train
After included breakfast at hotel, late morning private reception for the 5-hour journey back towards Arequipa and lunch in Chivay. Journey over the pass and arrival in the evening to Arequipa. You'll have a brief time before boarding the magnificent Andean Explorer Train in Arequipa for departure by 8pm. Settle into your cabin, enjoy a cocktail, and dinner service and overnight back in your train cabin while the journey begins towards Lake Titicaca.
Day 7 -Full Day Train Journey with Cultural Experience at Lake Titicaca
As the sun rises over the Andes, the train will be arriving to unforgettable Lake Titicaca -- the highest navigable lake in the world at over 12,000 feet. Breakfast service onboard the train and arrival for an excursion at Lake Titicaca and disembarking. Enjoy a boat ride to the famous Uros Lake Titicaca floating islands and Taquile Island at with time to explore.
After treatment to native dances by local inhabitants and craft display, private lunch on Taquile Island before return boat ride and train boarding. Enjoy afternoon tea on the train and departure towards Cusco. Enjoy the vistas of the Andes from the Observation Car, an Andean sunset, and dinner service before evening overnight in your cabin.
Day 8 - Arrival to Cusco & Welcome to the Inca Capital
After enjoying another Andean sunrise and breakfast service onboard, experience an Inca ruin site at Raqch¨i. Continue on towards Cusco with an early afternoon arrival and welcome to the city. Private reception and transfer to your hotel for welcome, settling into your room, and optional afternoon half-day private tour of Cusco or on own exploration of the city. Encouraged pre-arranged dinner reservation and dinner on own before overnight at your hotel.
Day 9 - Excursion & Overnight to the Sacred Valley
Included breakfast at your hotel. private transfer and journey to The Sacred Valley of the Incas. Pisac, our first stop is famous for its Sunday Mass and daily outdoor market, along with a stop to visit ruins in Urubamba. After lunch, visit the Inca Citadel at Ollantaytambo, a complex of ruins distinguished by fine masonry, terraces, fortress walls, and the Temple of the Sun. Afternoon transfer and welcome to our favorite luxury hotel on the journey --Tambo del Inka Resort & Spa. Enjoy dinner on own, luxury spa services and the amazing pool and lobby. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 - Capstone Day at Machu Picchu
Included breakfast at your hotel, then late morning departure from your resort on the luxurious Sacred Valley train line towards Machu Picchu. This luxury line provides 1920s-style luxury carriages with lunch service and personalized departure right from the Tambo del Inka hotel before the nearly 3-hour ride to the base of Machu Picchu. Greeting in Aguas Calientes and transfer by bus to explore the World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu For two hours with guide, experience the secret city of the Incas. Never discovered by the Spanish, it remains South America´s most spectacular archaeological site.
Explore Machu Picchu for two more hours on own before returning to board an evening return train with on-board dinner service and late evening arrival to your hotel at Tambo del Inca.

Day 11- Return to Lima
After included breakfast, early morning reception for 3 hour private transfer back to the Cusco Airport and departure towards Lima with connection to final international destination in Lima (depending on flight time).
